Sonic Is Selling A Red Bull Watermelon Slush For The Summertime
Although spring has just begun, you may already be looking forward to summertime. No worries if you are, because Sonic just announced some menu items that will get you pumped for the upcoming months. The fast food chain will be offering two new slushes made with Red Bull and I can't wait to try them out for myself.
The two slushes are made with original Red Bull and Red Bull Watermelon. Like most slushes, the drinks are made with crushed ice and the beverage for flavor. Each will go for about $3.99 for a medium size, but of course prices may vary a bit depending on location. If you don't want to risk the brain freeze, some Sonic locations are also offering Red Bull and Red Bull watermelon over ice as a drink you can order with your meal.
While the original Red Bull slush is a returning menu item, the Red Bull Watermelon version is all new. Both are summer edition slushes, but are already available for orders at participating locations, according to Sonic's website. Since they're summer offerings, they'll probably be around for a few months so you have some time to try them out.
If you want to get a taste of summertime by ordering either of these Sonic slushes, know that Sonic locations are operating on dine-out only policies to keep employees and customers safe amid the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. Although you can still order Sonic at the drive-thru windows or through their app, so there's still a way to get your slush on.
