Sofia Vergara is single and ready to mingle after her divorce from Joe Manganiello, but she has a new rule for potential boyfriends.

While appearing on Watch What Happens Live! with host Andy Cohen and fellow guest Alexia Nepola of The Real Housewives of Miami, Vergara was asked about dating musician Bad Bunny after he named her in his song "Monaco."

Nepola said of Bad Bunny, who is 29, "And by the way, he’s single!” But Vergara seemed against the idea, pointing out, “Well no, let's not go crazy, let's not go crazy. He is younger than my son Manolo. Manolo is 32."

Taking it a step further, Vergara revealed her new dating rule, saying, "To me, they can’t be younger than 50, I’m 51.”

But she relented a little, correcting, “Okay, 49," after Cohen shared a shocked expression. "I'm intelligent," Vergara proclaimed.

“Wow, I’m screwed by that rule,” joked the host, 55.

It seems like this is a new rule for the Modern Family actress, as her ex Manganiello is 47 years old. We're sure plenty of men's hearts were broken by Vergara's new dating dealbreaker!

Vergara recently opened up about the real reason for her divorce from Manganiello, mentioning the fact that he is younger than her. "My marriage broke up because my husband was younger; he wanted to have kids and I didn’t want to be an old mom. I feel it’s not fair to the baby," she said in an interview.

"I respect whoever does it, but that’s not for me anymore. I had a son at 19, who is now 32, and I’m ready to be a grandmother, not a mother," Vergara concluded.

The actress, whose new television series Griselda came out on Netflix on Jan. 25, shares her son Manolo with her first husband, Joe Gonzalez, whom she was married to from 1991 to 1993.
