Sofia Vergara is busy filming America’s Got Talent right now. And while she has wardrobe stylists to help her get all glammed up for the show, she always shows up for work looking on-point, too. (Not that I'd expect anything less.)

Well, Sofia just wore a pantsless 'fit to the studio—and it’s everything. The 50-year-old actress and model casually dropped two photos of herself on Instagram posing outside the studio in an oversized Teddy Fresh sweater that reads “Will Accomplish Nothing Today.” She layered it over semi-sheer black tights and paired the look with black knee-high boots that showcased her super-toned legs. Sofia topped the whole thing off with a crossbody bag and Foster Grant shades for a vibe that’s totally *chef’s kiss*

Naturally, her followers cheered her on in the comments: “This whole outfit looks so unbelievable good 😩,” one wrote. While another chimed in with, “looking good 👍👍.” And multiple people were really loving that she was repping a young and hip streetwear brand: “My favorite queen wearing my favorite brand 😍😍😍,” said a fan.

Of course, Sofia puts in the work to get those strong legs. Her trainer Jennifer Yates told People that she’s “dedicated,” adding: “we work out at least five times a week for 50 minutes to an hour, depending on her schedule.”

Yates focuses on the Lagree Method of Pilates, which is high intensity and low impact. Apparently Sofia likes it so much that she has the practice’s signature Megaformer machine in her house. “Joe built a very nice gym in the house, so I don't have any excuses,” Sofia previously told Women’s Health of her husband, Joe Manganiello.

“She loves working the butt,” Yates said. “We do a lot of squats and deadlifts and lunges [on the machine], and we do a lot of things off the machine as well. Recently we’ve been combining some of the heavier weights for the lower body because she’s trying to put a little more mass on, so we’ve been doing a lot of work with kettle bells. She’s really strong.”

But Sofia also makes sure she schedules in some time for breaks. “We rotate with Sofia,” Yates told Marie Claire. “We have days in between when she rests. If you exhaust the muscles, you're more prone to getting injured.”

By the way, one thing you won’t find Sofia doing is running. “She doesn't like to run, sometimes she'll get on the spin bike for 15 minutes, but she prefers to walk on a high incline,” Yates said.

On the food front, Sofia makes it clear she likes to eat. She shared video on Instagram in January of a massive spread she was about to dive into during a trip to Riyadh, joking that it was a “light breakfast.”

She later said, “I know it looks like I only came to Riyadh to eat but I’m also working 😂 😂😂 😂 😂,” while sharing photos of another spread.
