Social media react to heartbreaking 45-42 loss to the Colorado Buffaloes
The No. 17 ranked TCU Horned Frogs suffered an upset loss to the unranked Colorado Buffaloes in the power-five coaching debut of NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders.
Social media reacted to the season-opening loss.
I got up at 5 a.m. for that???!!! Congrats to Prime and the Buffs. Outplayed and outcoached my TCU Frogs. At least it’s not a conference loss. Back to work, #TCU !

Let me have it Buffs fans, you guys deserve it
You got a good team
However, I don’t even know where to start with our performance— Too Cold U (@toocoldTCU) September 2, 2023
A massive dose of humility for me.
Morris was awful. Briles looks like a VERY bad hire. Gillespie had his worst day as TCU defensive coordinator. Our pass rush got some sacks but little pressure otherwise. Secondary looked like a high school team. Even our special teams... #TCU— Christian (@Bussl3r) September 2, 2023
A whole week of listening to idiots downgrade what TCU is...
Defense didn't do any favors. https://t.co/QDCjEM6sGs— Jeriat Gillum (@Jeriat817) September 2, 2023
How did Chandler Morris beat out Max Duggan last year????
Bros gotta be a practice all star or something pic.twitter.com/eeM2yQbSw8— Amon G. Carter Stadium (@AmonGCarterTCU) September 2, 2023
I feel bad for whoever is playing me in pickleball today I am about to wreck havoc on the court after this pathetic TCU performance

That final TCU drive is unforgivable. This new OC is garbage. #COLvsTCU

Might get off twitter for the season pic.twitter.com/hkgEwOC9DB— Too Cold U (@toocoldTCU) September 2, 2023
When the game ment the most TCU QB Morris was terrible he couldn’t hit water if he fell out a boat. Missed his receivers on crucial big plays that they needed but also the terrible coaching calling two back to back run plays with 1:27 left knowing your out of field goal range ♂️

TCU went away from the run on 1st and 2nd down too much that last drive. And TCU QB missed every big throw. Shadeur Sanders was a monster today. Neither defense could stop a traffic cone
