Sinkhole investigators assess possible pipe damage
Engineers are investigating potential damage to pipework after a sinkhole appeared in a road.
The hole opened on Victoria Road in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, on Sunday.
It is not the first hole to appear in the road or in the town in recent times and concerns have been raised by residents over safety.
Cambridgeshire County Council said barriers and three-way traffic lights would be in place.

The hole is at the Victoria Road junction with West Street.
Cambridgeshire County Council said: "We're working closely with Cadent Gas and Anglian Water who have both been investigating potential damage to nearby pipework.
"We will make repairs as quickly as possible."
On social media, a resident joked that "Wisbech is turning into a real life Stranger Things" and "one day a massive hole is just going to appear and swallow the whole of Wisbech".
Another shared their concern and added that sinkholes could be "extremely dangerous if not dealt with".
