‘Sinfonia Portuguesa’ with the Brockton Symphony Orchestra

The Brockton Symphony Orchestra is celebrating the musical traditions of Portugal, Brazil, and Spain in its season finale.

Music Director John Masko and the orchestra present ‘Sinfonia Portuguesa’ on Sunday, April 21, at 3 p.m., at Christ Congregational Church, 1350 Pleasant St., Brockton.

This performance will feature “Brazilian Fanfare” (Clarice Assad); “Symphony No. 3 in C major” (Joly Braga Santos); and “Concierto de Aranjuez” for solo guitar (Joaquin Rodrigo), with internationally acclaimed French guitarist Jérémy Jouve.

Tickets are $25 for adults and $20 for seniors. Children get in free, as do students with an ID.

There will be ticket sales at the door.
