Shooting on Northeast Side of Columbus Sunday evening leaves one dead
One person is dead following a shooting Sunday on the Northeast Side of Columbus.
The shooting happened about 10:17 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Hudson Street. Columbus police received a call and arrived to find someone suffering from a gunshot wound.
Medics arrived at 10:24 p.m. and pronounced the person dead. Columbus police have not released any information about the victim, including the name, gender or approximate age.
Police are still trying to determine what lead to the shooting, according to a Columbus Division of Police report.
