Sen. Durbin: McConnell filling judiciary with judges who will 'pledge loyalty'

Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) tells Ayman Mohyeldin he is disappointed with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's plan to fill as many judicial vacancies as he can, even during the Coronavirus crisis. Durbin says 9 of those judges have been found "unqualified" by the American Bar Association.
