'Selling the OC' Season 3 Just Dropped on Netflix

Selling the OC is back for season three! The latest eight-episode installment of the Netflix series serves up another round of luxury home tours with a heaping side of drama. Will There Be a Selling the OC Season 4?
Netflix has yet to announce anything about a fourth installment of Selling the OC. The first season was released in August 2022. The second and third seasons were announced in January 2023, with the second season dropping in September 2023. Since the third season hit Netflix in May 2024, there isn't much of a clear pattern to follow to determine when we can expect any news. But we're keeping our fingers crossed that we'll hear something soon!
Who Might Be Part of the Cast?
A season four cast would likely include series regulars Jason and Brett Oppenheim, Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Ali Harper, Polly Brindle, Lauren Shortt, Kayla Cardona, Gio Helou, Brandi Marshall, Sean Palmieri, and Austin Victoria.
Fans will recall that Tyler Stanaland left The Oppenheim Group last fall. "Not only am I joining my dad and brother at Douglas Elliman, I'm aligning with a brand that has unparalleled reach and presence in the market with a renowned network of agents and industry leaders," he told People in October 2023.
While Stanaland appears in season three, it's likely he won't be a cast member for a potential season four. But anything can happen in the OC, so there's no telling if he'd make a cameo!
