It’s a new year, and Selena Gomez is already breaking the Internet with dozens of photos of herself and her friends living it up during an NYE yacht getaway. I know I’m not the only one freaking out about her apparently very close friendship with the Peltz Beckhams.

But importantly, Selena seems really healthy and happy, which is great for fans to see after the release of her heartbreaking documentary My Mind & Me, which deals Selena’s struggle with lupus and bipolar disorder and her career in the entertainment industry as a whole.

Sel treated fans to not just one but four (!) photo dumps from her vacation. First, there are some shots of Selena, Nicola, and Brooklyn snuggling on the yacht (with the caption, "fine, call us a throuple").

As truly captivated as everyone is by these famous friends, it was incredible to see Selena looking so happy, glowing and confident. In fact, in the last shot of this photo dump, Selena is rocking a white and black bikini, and she's *so* strong all over, as she climbs aboard the yacht. Casual!

Her fans were all over the amazing bikini moment. "The last picture>>>>>," one fan wrote on the post, referring to the pic of Selena getting out of the water in her bikini. "The last picture? 🥵," another commented.

If you're wondering what she does to take care of her physical health, Selena is all about listening to her body, and working out in ways that feel good, her trainer Amy Rosoff Davis shared with Byrdie.

“[My first priority when training Selena is] listening to her body—which everyone should do when it comes to working out," she told the outlet. “Sometimes we just do yoga and stretching, and sometimes we hit it hard. Working out, just like life, should be a balance.”

Davis also told the outlet that the two like to mix the workout routines up. "My whole thing is toning mixed with cardio and stretching," she added. "[Selena and I] do everything from Pilates to hiking to dance cardio to circuit training to yoga and Spinning—the list goes on."
