Selena Gomez Celebrates Boyfriend Benny Blanco's New Cookbook With NSFW Instagram Post
Benny Blanco has been making the rounds this week while promoting his new cookbook, Open Wide, which hit shelves on April 30. However, he's not the only one creating buzz around the book launch. Selena Gomez, Blanco's girlfriend, shared a NSFW snap to Instagram while taking a suggestive bite of his launch party cake.
"So proud of @itsbennyblanco - Open Wide is out now!!" she wrote in the post. In the carousel of photos, Gomez takes a cheeky bite out of her boyfriend's, um, well, crotch, while in others she's seen beaming beside Benny. He took to the comment section himself to add, "life is better when i’m w u."
"YAY! It's finally out NOW!!" Gomez added alongside a photo of the book on Instagram Stories.
For his part, Blanco has spent plenty of time gushing over his actress girlfriend during the promo tour. In fact, the producer-turned-amateur chef told TODAY's Hoda and Jenna that food was how he won her over in the first place.
"I wake up every day, and I look in the mirror, and I’m like, 'How did this happen?' But until anyone figures it out, whee!" he joked, before later admitting the "only way" he got where he is (i.e. dating Selena Gomez) "is by cooking food."
"That's the best first date in the world," he said.
Blanco is true on his word, too. Just earlier this week, he put his culinary skills on display and whipped up Gomez a surprise steak dinner.
"I woke up early this morning and I was like, 'I want to do something nice for my girlfriend,'" Blanco said on IG. "I was thinking, whenever I want to put a smile on her face or get laid, I just make her steak."
He shared a full play-by-play as he smoked the steak, cooked crispy potatoes, and even tossed a Caesar salad with homemade croutons. "If you're not making homemade croutons, you're an idiot," he added, according to Entertainment Tonight.
Although Blanco found her asleep when he went to deliver the steak, he left the home-cooked meal and a sweet note for her to find when she woke up later. "I love you! Sleep well! I made you steak."
