See which Miami area restaurants and chefs are ranked among the best in the country
Several Miami-area chefs and restaurants have been nominated for one of the top honors in the food industry.
The James Beard Foundation announced the list of semifinalists for its annual awards that celebrate the best of the best, and the nominees include a Michelin-star winner as well as names and places familiar to anyone in Miami who likes to eat.
The final nominees will be announced on March 29, and winners will be announced at the James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards Ceremony on June 5 at the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
