SEE IT: Man killed after being struck by 3 hit-and-run drivers while crossing Los Angeles street

Police in Los Angeles are looking for three drivers who struck the same pedestrian within seconds this week and fled the scene without rendering any aid to the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 50-year-old man was crossing the street in South Los Angeles just before 8 p.m. Sunday when he was hit by a motorcycle, according to a new surveillance video shared on social media Wednesday.

As the injured victim lay on the ground, a white sedan struck him again, pushing him several feet down the road before speeding away, the shocking footage shows. The motorcyclist, meanwhile, could be seen getting back on his vehicle and driving away, blatantly ignoring the dying pedestrian.

Police said the victim was hit by yet another hit-and-run driver, though it is unclear what that vehicle looked like.

The video then shows a dark-colored SUV stopping behind the man, preventing him from being struck a fourth time.

The Los Angeles Fire Department rushed to the scene moments later, but the victim did not survive, according to a news release. The pedestrian, who was not using a crosswalk, was identified as Jose Fuentes.

The driver behind the dark-colored sports motorcycle was a man, according to police, but there was no description about the other drivers.

Anyone with information about the three suspects is asked to contact the police department’s South Traffic Division immediately. Tipsters may remain anonymous.
