It's a beautiful day for a Grey's Anatomy reunion.

On Monday, Jan. 15, Ellen Pompeo reunited with some of her fellow OG stars from the ABC medical drama. Specifically, during the 75th Emmy Awards—which took place at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, Calif.—Pompeo was joined on-stage by her former co-workers, Katherine Heigl (who previously played Dr. Izzie Stevens), Justin Chambers (who previously played Dr. Alex Karev), James Pickens Jr. (who still portrays Dr. Richard Webber) and Chandra Wilson (who still plays Dr. Miranda Bailey) in order to present a top category at the 2023 Emmys, which was rescheduled to 2024 amid the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes.

Fans of the long-running series were certainly pleased to see Pompeo come together with her fellow Seattle Grace veterans. In fact, one fan gushed on X (formerly Twitter), "Ellen Pompeo and Katherine Heigl holding hands! #Emmys."

Another happily noted, "JUSTIN CHAMBERS, ELLEN POMPEO AND KATHERINE HEIGL ON STAGE TOGETHER?! I'm dying."

A third put it best when they wrote, "you don’t understand the joy that i went through my body seeing justin chambers and ellen pompeo and katherine heigel together i almost cried. i have missed them together."

Pompeo—who had played the titular doctor since 2005—exited Grey's Anatomy as a series regular in Season 19 of the Shonda Rhimes-created show. "I am eternally grateful and humbled by the love and support you have all shown me, Meredith GREY and the show for 19 seasons," she wrote on Instagram back in Nov. 2022. "Through it all….none of it …would have been possible without the best fans in the world. You all are RIDERS and you all have made the ride so fun and ICONIC!!"

Thankfully, in a December 2023 teaser for Season 20, Pompeo's Meredith Grey appeared back at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.

As for Heigl and Chambers? They exited Grey's Anatomy during the sixth season and 16th season, respectively.

So, it's no wonder fans were exited that they scrubbed in for a little reunion.
