SEE IT: Brutal brawls break out as dozens are arrested at Wembley Stadium amid Euro 2020 final

Mayhem manifested during the Euro 2020 soccer match Sunday in London, with videos showing large crowds fighting and shoving around Wembley Stadium.

Footage shared on social media showed brawls as officials struggled to get the chaos under control.

The madness left 19 officers injured, while up to 53 people were arrested at Wembley Stadium, the Evening Standard reported.

“Throughout the course of the Euros tournament, the vast majority of people have watched the matches responsibly and safely, and enjoyed the build up to last night’s final,” Laurence Taylor of London’s Metropolitan Police said, according to the British newspaper.

”However, the unacceptable scenes we saw yesterday were a small number of people intent on using the football as an excuse to behave appallingly towards other members of the public and officers.”

Sunday was the final match of the Euro tournament, with England losing in a penalty shootout to Italy.

It was England’s first-ever appearance in the tournament’s final.
