Jennifer and Charles Douglas play a game of pickleball Dec. 26 at Chilmark Park in Briarcliff Manor. The couple started playing a year ago and enjoy playing doubles with others they meet at the park. The courts are open year round, weather permitting, for permit holders. The park also hosts an annual Picks and Pickleball tournament, which is open to all.

The BM-SHS, founded in 1974, gathers and preserves the history of the village and is open weekdays for visitors.

Lily Pawliczak, 20, of Ossining, paints gifts Dec. 21 at A Maze In Pottery in Briarcliff Manor. The shop, which opened in 2010, welcomes customers to come in and paint what they choose. They also have sip and paint, classes and parties.

The historic All Saints' Episcopal Church, designed by architect Richard Upjohn in the modest English Gothic style and constructed in 1848, in Briarcliff Manor. The church was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
