Section V girls basketball tournament scores: Spencerport ends sectional win drought

Girls basketball teams are contending for Section V titles across seven classifications, for the right to advance to the NYSPHSAA tournament.

Section championships are scheduled for Friday, March 1 and Saturday, March 2 at Finger Lakes Community College.
