Second new restaurant added to North Hills expansion plan in Raleigh
Kane Realty announced on Thursday the second restaurant slated for its Main District expansion project in Raleigh’s North Hills.
Limani Grille, an upscale Mediterranean seafood restaurant centered around traditional Greek specialties, first opened on Long Island in 2008, and received high praise from The New York Times.
This will be Limani Grille’s first location in Raleigh but its second in North Carolina. Limani has restaurants in Charlotte, Manhattan, Long Island and Chestnut Hill, Mass.
The expansion project, in the space formerly occupied by JC Penney, is currently under construction and slated to open in spring 2024.
“We are excited to bring the first Limani Grille in Raleigh to North Hills,” Stacey Buescher, managing director of operations for Kane Realty Corporation, said in a press release. “Limani is an incredible restaurant out of New York offering top-notch service and phenomenal food made from the freshest ingredients.”
Village Tavern, an American restaurant with four other locations in North Carolina, announced a future North Hills Main District location in July.
