American Pie star Seann William Scott's home in Venice, California, has hit the market!

The property has a historic bungalow and a loft-like steel, concrete, and glass structure. It is listed at $4.975 million and boasts five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one partial bathroom.

According to its listing, the property was designed with a minimalist organic palette and "natural materials that evoke nearby mountains, woodlands, and sunny, sandy beaches." Also built into the property's design was a focus on light and a connection to the environment.

The listing is held by Graham Larson of Sotheby's International Realty – Pacific Palisades Brokerage and Sam Plouchart of Sotheby's International Realty – Beverly Hills Brokerage. The bungalow was designed by architect Kevin Mulcahy.
