What is on the menu at Scooter’s Coffee this spring?

The coffee chain that hails from Nebraska announced its spring menu on Feb. 21, which incorporates a popular brand of cereal and a St. Patrick’s Day classic.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte

Espresso meets cinnamon-sugar cereal in this limited-time drink. Your beverage — hot, iced, or blended with an ice cream base — will be topped with whipped cream and cereal on top.

Cinnamon creme cold brew

Cold brew is infused with cinnamon to create this beverage. Enjoy just a splash of heavy whipping cream and a layer of cinnamon-flavored cold foam on top.

Lucky Leprechaun

Get in on the St. Patrick’s Day fun early with Lucky Leprechaun, the beverage made of an ice cream base churned with ice and blended with white chocolate and mint. Add espresso for your java needs. The drink is topped with whipped cream and sprinkled chips of chocolate mints.

Children can get the Lil’ Leprechaun for a kids-sized version of the drink.

Caramelicious cake bite

The new cake bite has a caramel filling and is topped with white icing and caramel-colored sprinkles.
