Joint work session for the Amarillo City Council, Amarillo Independent School District (AISD) Board of Trustees, and Potter County Commissioners Court to discuss the issue of declining student enrollment in Amarillo ISD and the implications and effects on the District, the City, and Potter County; and to discuss possible future next steps to address the issue. The Council may reach broad consensus on this topic of this work session for the City, but no final decision or vote will occur.
