Scarlett Johansson and husband Colin Jost stepped out for a rare public date night at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner 2024 on Saturday. Posing together on the red carpet, the couple looked elegant as ever in coordinating outfits.

Delivering classic glamour, Johansson donned a strapless white gown and matching ivory neck scarf from Armani Privé. A delicate crystal trim on the top of the dress and scarf added shine to the monochromatic color palette, as did a shimmering silver bracelet and cuff-like diamond earrings. Her shoes remained hidden beneath the gown’s wrap-style skirt.

In signature ScarJo style, she opted for a bold shade of cherry-red lipstick, adding a splash of color to her otherwise all-white outfit. The rest of her look was kept neutral with a light brown eyeshadow and nude manicure. Johansson’s long blonde tresses were tucked behind her ears in a sharp center part and styled in waves, emphasizing the Old Hollywood feel of her ensemble.

Meanwhile, Jost looked dapper in a classic black tuxedo from Giorgio Armani. The Saturday Night Live comedian was chosen to host this year’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner, and poked fun at his marriage to Johansson during his speech. “I want to thank my wife for enduring lots of jokes and for agreeing to individually meet everyone in this room right after the ceremony,” he teased. “That’s really special honey, thank you. Don’t be shy, come right up. She hates privacy!”

This year’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner was also attended by stars including Chris Pine, Molly Ringwald, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Rosario Dawson, Billy Porter, Lorne Michaels, and Questlove. It also marked the red-carpet couple’s debut of Sophia Bush and Ashlyn Harris, who wore coordinating outfits to celebrate.
