SC has one of the 10 best affordable wedding destinations in the world, travel publication says

Travel + Leisure Magazine has named Myrtle Beach one of the top 10 affordable wedding destinations around the world.

The list features locations across North America, from Alberta, Canada down to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The Myrtle Beach entry highlights the Kingston Resorts, which recently completed a $65 million renovation. The resort boasts 3 ballrooms and a new ocean-front restaurant for wedding ceremonies and receptions.

The Myrtle Beach area has other popular wedding venues such as the Grande Dunes Resort, Atalaya Castle and Pine Lakes Country Club.

The city was recently named a top 10 trending winter destination by Tripadvisor. And the Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes appeared on Travel + Leisure’s 2022 10 best resorts in South Carolina list.
