BASEBALL
Neenah 10-13, Oregon 9-6
NEENAH - The Rockets defeated the Panthers with a walk-off single by Trevor Stichman in the first game of the doubleheader.
Stichman finished the game with four hits and two RBI. AJ Price had two hits and Ethan Van Dyke had three hits, including two doubles, and four RBI. Andrew Carlson, Gus Weinholzer and Isaac Verbruggen each had two hits.
In the second game, Stichman had two hits and two RBI, and Tavion Ramos had two hits, including a triple, and two RBI. Van Dyke had two hits and two RBI and Verbruggen had two hits and three RBI.
Neenah is now 5-3 on the season.
Kimberly 7, La Crosse Aquinas 4
KIMBERLY - The Papermakers scored four runs in the first inning and added two in the third inning after the Blugolds had closed to within a run.
Brady Koester had three hits, including a double, and scored twice. Ben Johnston had two hits and drove in three runs. Teammate Brady Coons had a double.
Ayden Tomlinson pitched the first four innings and got the win. He allowed three runs on three hits and one walk while striking out six. Connor Olson pitched the final three innings, allowing one run on one hit while striking out three.
Tanner Peterson took the loss for Aquinas.
Kewaunee 3, Green Bay Preble 2
KEWAUNEE - The Storm scored three runs in the third inning to overcome a 2-0 deficit and defeat the Hornets.
Brett Paulsen drove in two runs for Kewaunee.
Paulsen pitched the first three innings, allowing two unearned runs on three hits and one walk to get the win.
Brady Pribek pitched three hitless innings in relief followed by one scoreless inning by Jackson Walecka.
Nate Wertel pitched three innings and allowed three unearned runs on three hits to take the loss for Green Bay Preble. Damian Wyckoff pitched three innings of one-hit relief.
Luxemburg-Casco 2-3, Wrightstown 1-2
WRIGHTSTOWN - The Spartans got a combined three-hitter from Drew Bandow and Jacob Coisman in the win over the Tigers in the first game of the doubleheader.
Bandow pitched five innings, allowing an unearned run on three hits and one walk while striking out two. Coisman pitched the final two innings, allowing no base runners to get the win.
Trevor Vande Hey started and allowed one run on two hits and two walks with three strikeouts for Wrightstown. Mason Driscoll relieved and gave up one run over two innings and was tagged with the loss.
In the second game, Luxemburg-Casco scored the winning run in the fifth inning.
Landon Derenne pitche 4⅓ innings to get the win, giving up one run on four hits while striking out eight.
Aiden Humphreys took the loss for Wrightstown. He allowed two uneared runs on one hit and one walk while striking out seven.
Jack Severson had two hits, including a double, for Wrightstown. Trevor Vande Hey had two hits.
Freedom 4-7, Waupaca 2-9
FREEDOM - Carson Clausen scattered six hits over six innings to earn the win for the Irish in the first game of the doubleheader against the Comets.
Clausen struck out 12 while only walking two. He also had two hits for Freedom. Pete Jochimsen had two hits.
Henry Williams took the loss for Waupaca despite scattering six hits over six innings and striking out seven. He allowed only one walk.
Jay Nikolai had two hits for Waupaca.
In the second game of the doubleheader, Waupaca scored six runs in the fifth inning en route to the win.
Cory Ellenich pitched 4⅓ innings of two-hit relief to get the win for Waupaca.
Riley Bechard had three hits for the Comets.
Clausen made things close when he clubbed a three-run home run in the seventh inning. Freedom loaded the bases after that but couldn’t get those runners home.
Appleton East 8, Pulaski 5
APPLETON - Mason Winkler went 2-for-3 with two RBI and pitched four innings to get the win in the Patriots’ victory over the Red Raiders.
Danny Dieck and TJ Parker also had two hits for Appleton East. Parker had a double.
Carson Whitton got the final out of the game for the save in relief of Matt Bixler.
Chilton 1-7, Brillion 0-15
BRILLION - Peyton Juckem pitched a no-hitter to lead the Tigers to the victory in the first game of the doubleheader, then Brillion snapped Chilton’s 35-game Eastern Wisconsin Conference winning streak in the second game.
Juckem struck out four and didn’t walk a batter.
Ryan Pierquet had two hits and drove in the game’s only run. Mike Vanden Heuvel scored the only run.
In the second game, Chase Braun had two hits and three RBI for Brillion. Austin Hoyer and Landon Hanson both drove in two runs. Hayden Cousin scored four runs.
Joe Shimek pitched six innings to get the win. He gave up seven hits, seven runs (three earned) and struck out six.
Juckem had two hits and Slaytt Nolan drove in two runs in the second game for Chilton.
Sturgeon Bay 7, Crandon 6
GILLETT - The Clippers scored six runs in the fifth inning after trailing 1-0, gave up five in the sixth inning and then scored the winning run in the seventh inning in the win over the Cardinals.
Brody Kollath, Daniel Lodl and Braylon Laroche each had two hits for Sturgeon Bay. Curt Meyer drove in a pair of runs and had a double. Caleb Plzak also had a double.
Lodl pitched the final two innings and got the win.
Sturgeon Bay 20, Gillett 9
GILLETT - The Clippers, who led 4-3 after two innings, scored 16 runs over the next three innings in the win over the Tigers.
Sturgeon Bay scored the runs on 12 hits, four Gillett errors, eight hit batters and six walks.
Kollath had three hits and five RBI for Sturgeon Bay. Bryce Plzak had two hits, including a home run, scored four runs and drove in two. Caleb Plzak scored three runs and drove in two. Trey Vanderleest scored three runs. Patrick Haese, Garrett Ulberg, Curt Meyer and Rex Brusky each scored twice.
Dominic Tristani got the win for Sturgeon Bay.
Bonduel 3, Norway, Mich. 2
BONDUEL - The Bears improved to 8-2 with the win over the Knights.
Charlie Tauchen started and went five innings for Bonduel, allowing two runs on five hits.
Trailing 2-0, Bonduel got its first run in the fifth inning on a sacrifice fly by Easton Reinke.
In the seventh, Cade Johnson got a leadoff single, went to second on a sacrific and scored on Noah Weier’s single. Weier then scored the game-winning run on a single by Brodie Hartmann.
Johnson had two hits.
Southern Door 4-8, Gibraltar/Washington Island 1-10
BRUSSELS - William Jandrin allowed one unearned run on six hits and one walk while pitching a complete game to lead the Eagles to the win over the Vikings in the first game of the doubleheader.
Nicholas Beck had three hits for Southern Door. Braylon Berg and Gaige Geisel had two hits. Tyler Neinas drove in two runs.
Bennett Isaacson took the loss for Gibraltar/Washington Island.
In the second game, Gibraltar/Washington Island scored four runs in the fifth inning to overcome an 8-5 deficit and pick up the win.
Braden Kita, Isaacson, Aaron Brey and Cameron Munao each had two hits for Gibraltar/Washington Island. Isaacson, Munao and Jaxin Lindgren each had a double.
Jandrin had three hits, including a triple, scored twice and drove in three runs for Southern Door. Neinas and Beck had two hits.
Kita pitched the final 3⅔ innings to get the win for Gibraltar/Washington Island. He allowed one hit and struck out three.
Beck took the loss for Southern Door.
SOFTBALL
Green Bay Preble 10-14, Manitowoc Lincoln 0-0
GREEN BAY - Tenley Kuehn pitched a one-hitter and struck out eight to lead the Hornets to the win over the Ships in the first game of the doubleheader.
Kuehn also had two hits, including a home run, and three RBI. Hannah Smith, Chloe Savage and Sam Foytik also had two hits.
In the second game, Katie Geydoshek and Foytik both had three hits in Preble’s win.
Hannah Von Haden, Lauren Prigge, Sierra Krahn and Bella Umentum both had two hits for Preble.
Geydoshek and Prigge combined to pitch a three-hitter with 11 strikeouts.
Kewaunee 10-18, NEW Lutheran 0-3
KEWAUNEE - The Storm improved to 4-0 in the Packerland Conference with the doubleheader sweep of the Blazers.
NEW Lutheran fell to 2-4 in conference play with the losses.
NEW Lutheran 5, Hilbert 4 (Friday)
GREEN BAY - The Blazers won the game in their half of the seventh when Lexie Meerstein hit a two-out shot to the gap in center field to drive in the winning from third in the win over the Wolves.
GIRLS SOCCER
Appleton East 3, Homestead 1
APPLETON - The Patriots got two goals from Addison Wreath in the win over the Highlanders.
Lydia Kubiak had two assists for Appleton East.
Appleton East’s third goal was an own-goal..
Pulaski 2, Slinger 0
PULASKI - Josie Steeno and Ellie Mangold scored goals to lead the Red Raiders to the win over the Owls.
Veronica Decker had an assist for Pulaski.
Sydney Hakes had two saves in goal for the Red Raiders.
Green Bay Southwest 0, River Falls 0
DE PERE - Gail Wery turned in a strong performance, making 15 saves for the Trojans in their draw with the Wildcats.
Anna Woolley had two saves for River Falls.
Green Bay Southwest 0, Onalaska 0 (Friday)
DE PERE - The Trojans’ Gail Wery made 10 saves to blank the Hilltoppers.
Mallory Meighan had five saves for Onalaska.
BOYS LACROSSE
Middleton 12, Appleton United 10
MIDDLETON - Hans Ridlehoover and Ryder Hill both scored three goals in United’s loss to the Cardinals.
Luke Rheinheimer, Landon Larson, Anton Downs and Jaylen Kempfer also scored one goal for Appleton United.

Little Chute had first-place finishes in the high jump, triple jump, discus and 400-meter relay and was able to squeeze out a championship by just over one point over Sheboygan North to win the title.
Little Chute’s Tyler Fischer won the 400 relay with teammates Casey Perz, Ronald Gomm and Carson Kerrigan with a time of :44.86. Fischer also won the triple jump with a jump of 40-11.5.
Noah Heimke of Freedom won the long jump with a jump of 20-10.75 and teamed with Nixon Heimke, Andrew Sowinski and Jack Bonnet to win the 1,600 relay in 3:35.71.
GIRLS

Little Chute had three first-place finishes - Sierra Hoffman in the 100, Ashley Wilson in the 1,600 and Lauren Wegand in the 800 - and enough overall depth to win the girls title.
Freedom’s Lydia Merrick swept the hurdles events, winning the 100 hurdles with a time of :15.75 and the 300 hurdles in :46.75. Merrick added a third first-place finish by winning the high jump at a height of 5-0.
Fox Valley Lutheran’s Emma Nilson won the shot put with a put of 38-4.5 and the discus with a throw of 114-10. Sophia Wunderlich won the long jump with a jump of 33-6.25 and along with Annalise Patchett, Claire Fischer and Kristin Donart won the 1,600 relay in 4:22.89. Wunderlich and Patchett along with Mya Burleton and Amethyst Holmes won the 400 relay in :51.80. Donart, Fischer, Madeline Zuelsdorf and Fischer won the 3,200 relay in 10:30.34.
