'Saturday Night Live' star Pete Davidson brings his 'Prehab Tour' to The Hanover Theatre
Stand-up comedian, actor, writer, producer and acclaimed "Saturday Night Live" alum Pete Davidson will bring his “Prehab Tour” to The Hanover Theatre and Conservatory for the Performing Arts at 7 p.m. June 19.
Davidson joined NBC's "Saturday Night Live" in 2014 as one of the youngest cast members ever at the weekly show. While on "SNL" from 2014 to 2022 his singular Weekend Update features and original music videos garnered millions of views. He recently returned to Studio 8H to host the 49th season premiere of “SNL,” earning rave reviews.
Among his numerous other projects, he shot his first one-hour stand-up special for Comedy Central in 2016, and in 2020 released the stand-up special “Pete Davidson: Alive From New York.” In 2023, Davidson starred in Peacock’s “Bupkis,” a semi-autobiographical comedy series he also co-created, co-wrote and executive produced. He will begin production on season two later this year. Earlier this year he released his new Netflix Standup Special “Pete Davidson: Turbo Fonzarelli."
Davidson, who has dated celebrities such as Ariana Grade, Kim Kardashian and Emily Ratajkowski, announced last year that he had been in rehab.
He won't be just phoning it in for the "Prehab Tour." The Hanover Theatre's website states, "This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches and accessories, will not be permitted in the performance space."
Tickets for the Pete Davidson "Rehab Tour" will go on sale to Hanover Theatre members at 10 a.m. Wednesday and to the general public at 10 a.m. Friday. Tickets are $54.50 to $94.50 depending on seat location. For more information, call (877) 571-7469 or visit thehanovertheatre.org.
