When it comes to snacking, I’m all about string cheese. It’s satisfying, delicious, and still as fun to eat now as it was when I was a kid. Of course, the cheese sticks I snack on now have gotten just a touch fancier than they were back then. Now, Sargento is adding two new string cheeses to its own cheese snack lineup.

Sargento’s Brand-New Cheese Snacks

While Sargento has been offering string cheese for a while, the latest offerings provide a bit of variety to elevate your snacking game. In addition to the mozzarella string cheese from the brand, you can now find Sargento Smokehouse String Cheese Snacks and Sargento Fiesta Pepper String Cheese Snacks.

The Smokehouse String Cheese is mozzarella with a hickory flavor, and the Fiesta Pepper String Cheese is made with mozzarella dotted with bits of hot and spicy jalapeño and habanero peppers.

According to the CEO of Sargento, Louie Gentine, "Our two new string cheeses reflect American's desire for bolder flavors and new food experiences with the quality they expect from Sargento."

If string cheese isn't your go-to cheese snack, you're in luck. The brand has also released a new line of its Balanced Breaks snacks. Previous iterations of Balanced Breaks have featured cheese mixed with nuts and dried fruit. With its new line of Sargento Fun Balanced Breaks, the brand is offering new (fun) accompaniments to the cheese bites: cookies.

The three new snack varieties feature different cheese and cookie pairings, including mild Cheddar cheese with yogurt-covered raisins and Mini Chips Ahoy cookies; Monterey Jack cheese with fruit snacks and cocoa-flavored Teddy Grahams, and Colby-Jack cheese with fruit snacks and honey-flavored Teddy Grahams.

If you're hoping to try the new snacks (or make more flavorful home-fried cheese sticks), you can find all of Sargento's new snacks at retailers nationwide. Head to the dairy aisle to stock up on all your snack cheese needs.
