  • Sarah Michelle Gellar just dropped some fire photos on Instagram wearing an outfit that is right out of the Cruel Intentions costume closet.

  • The actress, 45, showed off her pleated skirt and heels in the pics, both of which helped highlight her super-sculpted legs.

  • Sarah likes doing Pilates and Amanda Kloots' dance cardio workouts.

Sarah Michelle Gellar has been a big name since practically forever, but her turn as the wicked stepsister-slash-high school queen bee, Kathryn, in Cruel Intentions, is a total classic. Well, Sarah just worked the coolest twist on a school uniform that’s giving serious Cruel Intentions vibes, and she made sure to splash it all over Instagram.

The 45-year-old donned a Thom Browne outfit to TheWrap's 5th Annual Power Women Summit, and it highlighted just how strong and confident Sarah is feeling. Sarah dropped pics of the look on Instagram, showing off the oversized blazer, and pleated asymmetrical miniskirt that she paired with socks and heels, along with miles of toned legs.

She jokingly quoted Matilda: The Musical in the caption, writing, “We are revolting children, living in revolting times.” But Sarah didn't stop there. She also dropped five additional photos of herself in full schoolgirl mode on her IG Stories. “When [you’re] super excited with your ‘fit,” she wrote over one photo. “Cruel Intentions, but making it 2022,” she wrote over another.

People totally lost it in the comments. “It’s giving CRUEL INTENTIONS!!!!” one wrote. “Looking sharp SMG. A power suit look great on you🔥,” another said.

If you're curious to know what this star does to get those sculpted legs, you're not alone. For starters, Sarah recently opened up to Shape about her approach to fitness, and it’s very relatable. “[Exercise] used to be, sort of, 'I have to do this, this is my job, this is work,’” she said. “But I think there's an emotional component too, which is, it's what clears my mind.”

Sarah said that she tends to work out for an hour and “I can sort of let everything else go, and I just focus on whatever the movement is and making sure it's correct.” That, she said, makes working out feel like “less of a chore.”

As for her go-to workout, Sarah is big into Pilates, and likes to hit up studios that use the Megaformer, a spring-loaded resistance machine that’s similar to the Reformer. "It's some of the hardest strength and core work I've done," she told Shape. Oh, and Sarah also uses Amanda Kloots’ dance cardio subscription service classes “a lot.”

"I feel like I'm in one of her classes, which makes me really happy,” Sarah said.

When she's not on the Reformer, Sarah told Well + Good that she digs Platefit, a HIIT w0rkout that’s performed on a Power Plate, which challenges you by moving in different directions.

She also keeps things real, and opened up to The Express about the fact that she's used CoolSculpt, an FDA-approved procedure that actually freezes and eliminates fat in your body, too.

“I don’t weigh myself, I don’t measure myself but I could tell within a week how my clothing was feeling and fitting, how my jeans were buttoning back up,” she said, noting that it inspired her to exercise more. “I was like, ‘I’m gonna go to the gym and work even harder now,’” she said. “It gave me my confidence back in such an easy and noninvasive way.”

On the food front, Sarah told The Express that her husband, Freddie Prinze Jr., does a lot of cooking for the family at home. “He does this special pasta and pancetta dish for me. It’s delicious,” she said.

I love this look on you, Sarah!
