Santa Fe's Auden Slaughter drops 41 to kick-start Week 1 of Nashville area's basketball top performers

The Tennessee high school basketball season has started with much of the state's programs having started play Tuesday night.

Here's a look at the Week 1's top performers from the Nashville area.

Tuesday

Boys basketball

Maddux Bodenhamer, Antioch: Bodenhamer had 29 points to lead Antioch to a 62-52 win over University School of Nashville.

Jaiden Claybrook, Antioch: Claybrook had 20 points in the win.

Odell Bradley, Beech: Bradley poured in 29 points as Beech raced away with a 75-66 win over Tennessee Heat.

Jailen Shelton, Beech: Shelton added 18 points in the win.

Adam Clark, Cane Ridge: Clark had 13 points in the Ravens' 50-47 win over Coffee County.

Mareo Franklin, Cane Ridge: Franklin buried three 3-pointers and had 14 points.

Mason Brown, Central Magnet: Brown led Central Magnet with 17 points in a 68-52 loss to White House.

Kellen Howard, Clarksville: Howard had 24 points in an overtime over Kenwood, 55-51.

Sheldon Huber Clarksville: Huber finished with 12 points for the Wildcats.

Gabe Davenport, Columbia Academy: Davenport had a game-high 28 points in CA's win over James Lawson.

Jevon Carter, East Nashville: Carter had 16 points as East Nashville edged past M.L. King, 52-48.

Jaton Gordon, East Nashville: Gordon added 13 points in the win.

Nathan Dillingham, Fairview: Dillingham led Fairview with 24 points in a 62-55 loss to Santa Fe.

Mays McCoy, Fairview: McCoy chipped in with 21 points.

Christian Brown, Franklin: Brown finished with 14 points in a 55-47 loss to Green Hill.

Gil Jones, Franklin: Jones added 10 points.

Davis Long, Franklin: Long had 13 points.

Kenny Ellis, Green Hill: Ellis led all scorers with 18 points.

Rex Harmon, Green Hill: Harmon added 17 points.

Antjuan Welch, Green Hill: Welch finished with 10 points.

Nick Brunetti, MBA: Brunetti had 14 points in MBA's in a 67-64 loss to Webb School - Bell Buckle.

Kevin Die, MBA: Die had 10 points for the Big Red.

Collin O'Neal, MBA: O'Neal led the Big Red with 17 points.

Avery Carter, Oakland: Carter had 10 points as Oakland dropped Tullahoma, 72-54.

Bryant Haggard, Oakland: The freshman led the Patriots with 26 points.

Darryl Cotton, Rockvale: Cotton's 21 points led Rockvale to a 72-64 win over Eagleville.

Imari Dewberry, Rockvale: Dewberry added 11 points.

Jacob Edwards, Rossview: Edwards had a double-double with 21 points and 14 rebounds in a 75-69 loss to Franklin in overtime.

Landon Hankemeier, Rossview: Hankemeier also had a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds.

Cam Ward, Rossview: Ward led the Hawks in scoring with 24 points.

Auden Slaughter, Santa Fe: Slaughter dropped 41 points, including three 3-pointers, to lead all scorers in a 62-55 win over Fairview.

Carson Burgs, Tennessee Heat: Burgs had 11 points in the Heat's loss.

Thatcher Bond, Tennessee Heat: Bond led the way with 17 points.

Jaxon Roark, White House: Roark had 15 points, including a pair of 3-pointers.

Ryan Worrell, White House: Worrell had 19 points with a trio of 3-pointers.

Girls basketball

Antionette Chambers, Antioch: Chambers finished with 10 points and three steals as Antioch knocked off University School of Nashville, 39-37.

Cyonna Howse, Antioch: Howse had 18 points and five rebounds.

Suzanna Crews, Cascade: Crews' double-double (10 points and 12 rebounds) guided Cascade in a 39-25 win over Huntland.

Sophie Ray, Cascade: Ray finished with 10 points and eight rebounds.

Addison Gorday, Centennial: Gorday had 20 points in a 58-46 win over Mt. Pleasant.

Bethany Wright, Centennial: Wright added 15 points.

Bethany Jackson, Central Magnet: Jackson had 10 points to help lead Central Magnet to a 52-33 win over White House.

Addison Melton, Central Magnet: Melton led all scorers with 29 points.

Macie Harter, Cheatham County: Harter tied for a team-high 11 points as Cheatham beat Hume-Fogg, 53-14.

Montana Lee, Cheatham County: Lee added 11 points.

Merli Routh, CPA: Routh had 24 points in a 57-54 loss to Providence Christian.

Julia Speedy, CPA: Speed added 19 points.

Layla Clark, Clarksville Academy: Clark dropped four 3-pointers and 14 points en route to her team's 47-34 win over Northwest.

Malaya Woullard, Clarksville Academy: Woullard led the Academy with 20 points, including five 3-pointers.

Lauren Hassell, Clarksville Christian: Hassell had 20 points, seven rebounds, five steals and two blocks to lead CCS to a 58-16 win over DCA.

Brinli Bain, Eagleville: Bain had 18 points as Eagleville fell to Rockvale, 56-50.

Izzy Sawyer, Eagleville: Sawyer had 20 points for Eagleville.

Ava Floyd, Fairview: Floyd had 10 points and five assists in a 50-45 loss to Santa Fe.

Cecilia Brandimore, Franklin: Brandimore had 16 points in a 48-42 loss to Green Hill.

Ella Johnson, FRA: Johnson, an eighth-grader paced FRA with 19 points in a 63-16 varsity win over Friendship Christian.

Reese Turner, FRA: Turner added 10 points.

Ava Zenner, FRA: Zenner, also an eighth-grader had 15 points in the win.

Alyssa Potier, Green Hill: Portier had 15 points in a 48-42 win over Franklin.

Ava Krumwiede, Harpeth Hall: Krumwiede finished with 12 points, eight rebounds, four assists and a block as Harpeth Hall dominated Station Camp, 68-28.

Taylor McCall, Harpeth Hall: McCall led Harpeth Hall with 17 points and 14 rebounds.

Emery Smith, Harpeth Hall: Smith finished with 11 points.

Zakariah Webster, Hunters Lane: Webster led Hunters Lane with 14 points in a 65-24 loss to Stratford.

Bella Shepherd, Lipscomb Academy: Shepherd paced the Lady Mustangs with 32 points in a 57-52 win over Ezell-Harrding.

Ki'Yanna Armstrong, Mt. Pleasant: Armstrong had eight points and 12 rebounds in the loss to Centennial.

Addison Workman, Mt. Pleasant: Workman finished with 17 points, seven rebounds and four steals.

Leilani Washington, Nolensville: Washington led her team with 23 points, five rebounds, four blocks, three assists and three steals in a 45-37 loss to Shelbyville.

Aryana Norman, Overton: Norman had 16 points to lead Overton to a 71-14 win over Glencliff.

Lily Tickle, Overton: Tickle finished with 19 points.

Kayte Bjornjled, PCA: Bjorniled had 26 points to lead PCA to the win over CPA.

Daisy Gale, PCA: Gale added 20 points.

Torri James, Rossview: James, a Western Kentucky signee, led Rossview with 20 points, seven rebounds and five steals.

Jai Jordan, Rossview: Jordan added 11 points, four rebounds and four steals.

Ailani Davis, Rossview: Davis had 10 poiunts, five assists and five steals in the Lady Hawks' 65-42 win over Franklin.

Chaslyn Stewart, Santa Fe: Stewart led the way with 19 points in the win over Fairview.

Paige Blackburn, Shelbyville: Blackburn had 18 points to lead Shelbyville past Nolensville.

Maney Hyde, White House: Hyde had 14 points to led White House.

Reese Beaty, York Institute: The junior had 15 points and 12 rebounds as York lost to Gatlinburg-Pittman, 64-63 in overtime.

Emma Cooper, York Institute: The sophomore had 23 points and seven rebounds.

Raylee Werner, York Institute: Werner added 15 points.

Imari Berry, Clarksville: Berry, a Clemson signee, paced the Lady Wildcats with 32 points in a season-opening, 61-50, win at Lebanon.

Ella Moore, Clarksville: Moore contributed 14 points.

Malon Smith, Clarksville: Smith finished with 10 points.
