San Francisco 49ers NFL draft picks 2024: Round-by-round selections

The San Francisco 49ers have suffered several gut-wrenching playoff losses in the past few decades, with another coming in last season's Super Bowl, a 25-22 overtime loss to Kansas City. The Niners have advanced to the NFC championship game in four of the past five seasons, and bring back the same core that has produced recent excellence the past years, including quarterback Brock Purdy.

The Niners have won 10 (2021), 13 (2022) and 12 (2023) games the past three regular seasons, and are 64-51 overall in seven seasons under coach Kyle Shanahan (plus 8-4 in the postseason).
