The hardest-working man in Hollywood's parents have been married for over 50 years, "so there’s a high bar" for Seacrest. "That’s in my head," the former LIVE with Kelly and Ryan co-host confessed in 2022. While the TV host, producer, radio star and philanthropist hasn't walked down the aisle yet, he's certainly had many high-profile relationships.

Seacrest and model Aubrey Paige met in 2021. Reflecting in a New Year's Eve post that year, Paige wrote on her Instagram, "Safe to say the best part of 2021 was meeting the most incredible man 😍🙌🏼."

She was on hand for Seacrest's final day on LIVE with Kelly & Ryan in April 2023, and penned a supportive message on Instagram. "Ryan, never have I ever met a more inspiring man. You make it look so easy, but the truth is there is just nobody quite like you. I am so beyond proud of you," Paige wrote.

"Not just for your work ethic, but for your caring heart and the genuine love that you give to others.I am so excited for this next chapter of your life and our life," she continued. The following year, PEOPLE reported in April 2024 that Seacrest and Aubrey Paige had split. "After three beautiful years together, Ryan and Aubrey have mutually decided to part ways," a source told the outlet. "They plan to stay in each other’s lives as good friends and support one another’s endeavors."

Shayna Taylor

Seacrest and Taylor dated on-and-off for eight years. According to PEOPLE, Seacrest and Shayna Taylor met through friends in 2013. They first split in 2014. In 2017, PEOPLE reported that they moved in together after reconnecting, however they split again in 2019. Following their split, a source told PEOPLE that Taylor "wanted more out of the relationship," adding, "It felt like the natural next step for her. She was ready to get married, but Ryan wasn't there yet."

By September of 2019, Seacrest and the chef were back together. In 2020, the Emmy-winning television host gave Taylor a sweet shout-out on LIVE with Kelly and Ryan.

"I just want to say, happy third anniversary to Shayna," he said. "It is our third time together. So we've gotten together, broken up, gotten together, broken up. This is number three of being together. So we're celebrating as well."

Seacrest pointed out it was their "third run together." He said, "So we celebrate each trial."

The couple called it quits for the third time in 2020. “Ryan and Shayna decided to end their romantic relationship amicably some time ago," a rep for Seacrest told PEOPLE in June of 2020. "They remain good friends, each other’s biggest supporters and will always cherish their time together as a couple."

Hilary Cruz

Us Weekly reported in 2015 that Seacrest was dating former Miss Teen USA Hilary Cruz. The pair were said to have first met at the TV star's 40th birthday party that February. Months later, the DailyMail.com published pictures of the pair leaving the restaurant Il Piccolino in West Hollywood and in the summer were pictured on a yacht in Portofino.

Renee Hall

Prior to Cruz, Seacrest reportedly dated model Renée Hall. They were spotted out together in New York City in March of 2015. According to TMZ, Seacrest and Hall also met at his 40th birthday party in Napa.

Julianne Hough

Hough revealed to Glamour in 2012 that when she first went to L.A. someone tried to set her and Seacrest up but she was engaged to a guy she knew from Utah at the time. The pair didn't go on a date until months after she and her boyfriend Chuck Wicks broke up. Per PEOPLE, she and Seacrest started dating in the summer of 2010.

Discussing balancing her career and relationship with Seacrest, Hough told Parade in 2012, "It's a hard thing to do, especially when you're so caught up in your work and bettering yourself. It does get hard because you're so focused on that, but I think at the end of the day you have to find a balance with what's really important. I'm so lucky that I have a great relationship.
