Runaway horse caught after blocking traffic in Horry County, officials say
A runaway horse was caught on a Horry County road, causing traffic to be blocked Saturday morning, officials said.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid East Cox Ferry Road and Conway Plantation Drive, according to a Horry County Fire Rescue Twitter post.
HORSE ON THE LOOSE: Please avoid E. Cox Ferry Rd. & Conway Plantation Dr., as a call involving a runaway horse has lanes of traffic blocked as crews respond.
