Rumer Willis offered a health update on her dad, Bruce Willis, amid his battle with frontotemporal dementia (FTD).

After the A-lister, 69, was diagnosed with the disease in 2023, members of his family have shared periodic updates about his condition. Most recently, his eldest daughter, Rumer, spoke out to tell the public her dad is "doing really good."

Speaking to People at the premiere of her movie My Divorce Party on Thursday, May 2, Rumer, 35, shared, "I got to go over there with [daughter] Louetta today."

She also spoke to Fox News about her dad, noting the importance of her family being transparent about Bruce's condition, as it could potentially help other families going through something similar.

"I think, for me, through this experience, what’s been so incredible is my dad is so beloved, and that’s been so evident in the transparency with which we’ve been sharing," said Rumer, who is one of three children Bruce shares with ex-wife Demi Moore. The former spouses are also parents to daughters Scout, 32, and Tallulah, 30.

Rumer continued, "I think if there’s any way sharing our experience brings hope—whatever comes forward as a family—that can have an effect and bring any sort of hope, comfort to someone else experiencing that, then to me, that’s … everything."

Bruce's current wife, Emma Heming Willis, 45, also addressed the public recently to clarify the misconception that her husband has "no more joy" because of his health condition.

"That is far from the truth," she said in an Instagram video in March. "There is grief and sadness, there's all of that...but you start a new chapter. And that chapter is filled."

"It's filled with love, it's filled with connection," continued Emma, the mother of Bruce's youngest two daughters, Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 9.

"It's filled with joy, it's filled with happiness," Emma added at the time. "That's where we are."
