Rudy Giuliani caught touching himself in raunchy NYC hotel room scene from new Borat movie

Wa wa wee — yuck!

The new Borat movie features a hidden camera scene of Rudy Giuliani seeming to be fondling himself in front of a woman he was apparently trying to seduce in a Manhattan hotel room this past summer.

The Sasha Baron Cohen flick, “Borat Subsequent Moviefilm” — which was viewed by the Daily News ahead of its Friday release — makes clear that the 76-year-old former mayor thought the much younger woman was a conservative journalist interviewing him for a show.

But the woman is actually “Tutar,” the daughter of the movie’s bumbling main character, Borat.

Tutar, who’s played by 24-year-old Bulgarian actress Maria Bakalova, repeatedly touches Giuliani’s knee while asking him questions during the fake interview, which took place in a luxe Manhattan hotel suite in July.

Giuliani, who currently serves as President Trump’s personal attorney, flirts back and plays along with Tutar’s questionable interview topics. He’s also sipping on a glass of scotch throughout.

“I’ll relax you, okay," Giuliani tells Tutar after she says she’s a bit nervous.

At one point, Giuliani even jokingly agrees to “eat a bat” with Tutar after she asks him about the animal’s suspected ties to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As the fake interview wraps up, Tutar proposes “a drink in the bedroom,” which Giuliani merrily agrees to.

Once in the bedroom, Giuliani is seen in hidden camera footage removing Tutar’s clip microphone from her dress while asking for her phone number and address.

Tutar then helps Giuliani remove his own clip microphone while he pats her backside and reclines on a bed.

While on the bed, Giuliani is seen digging his hand into his underwear in a suggestive fashion for several seconds.

But before things go any further, Borat, dressed in a bizarre, pink outfit, storms into the room screaming: “Put down your chram!” — a bastardized form of the Russian word for male genitalia — “She’s 15! She’s too old for you!”

An unsettled Giuliani, apparently realizing he has been pranked, is then seen bolting out of the room as fast as he can.

“I don’t want you,” Giuliani tells Borat as he walks out. “Who is this guy?”

“Rudy, Trump will be disappoint!” Borat shouts after him. “You are leaving hotel without golden shower!"

Giuliani did not return multiple requests for comment, but in a string of tweets late Wednesday, he claimed the Borat movie segment was a “complete fabrication."

“I was tucking in my shirt after taking off the recording equipment,” Giuliani tweeted. “At no time before, during, or after the interview was I ever inappropriate. If Sacha Baron Cohen implies otherwise he is a stone-cold liar.”

Giuliani also claimed without any evidence that the new Borat film is somehow an attempt to distract from his promotion of dubious information about Joe Biden that purportedly came from his son’s laptop.

“This is an effort to blunt my relentless exposure of the criminality and depravity of Joe Biden and his entire family,” Giuliani tweeted.

The ex-mayor has a long history of publicity flubs and embarrassing interactions with journalists.

Just last week, Giuliani accidentally uploaded a video to his YouTube channel of himself making a racist imitation of a Chinese person.
