In the clip, shot from his new home in Santa Barbara, the 36-year-old told participants, “You're going to need to dig deep, physically and emotionally, to get you and your team across that 100km. I know that you can do it.”

  • Meghan Markle’s ongoing legal battle with the media took a turn this week when a new biography, Finding Freedom, got pulled into the mix. New documents submitted to the court reveal that Associated Newspapers Limited, who Markle sued for breach of privacy and infringement of copyright, is alleging that the duchess co-operated with the book’s authors Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand and is hoping to use this information as a possible defense.

  • Markle’s ex-BFF Jessica Mulroney recently opened up a in a brief statement on Instagram addressing her current relationship with the Duchess of Sussex. “I’m going to tell this once and for all. Meghan and I are family. She is the kindest friend and has checked up on me every day,” Mulroney wrote on her Instagram Story.

  • On Tuesday, Kate Middleton paid a visit to Battersea Park in London to learn about the importance of parent-powered support programs. During the outing, Her Royal Highness, who rocked a pair of pink trousers and a tribute necklace to her kids, also smiled and played with the small children a few of the parents brought along.

  • In a preview for ITV’s latest doc, Prince William: A Planet For Us All, which will air next month, Kate Middleton reveals that her 6, 5 and 2-year-old are “massive fans” of Sir David Attenborough. In the clip, which features the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge meeting with the historian in Birkenhead, Middleton says, "The children were very upset that we were coming to see you and they weren't coming. They're massive fans of yours." Aren’t we all.

  • On Wednesday, Meghan Markle gave one lucky America’s Got Talent contestant a major shoutout. The Duchess of Sussex filmed a good luck message for one of the show’s finalists, Archie Williams, which aired on the AGT finale. Turns out, Markle and her hubby, Prince Harry, have been “watching the series and loved him from the moment they first saw him.”
