Today, King Charles officially returned to royal duties for the first time since announcing his cancer diagnosis.
The monarch visited the University College Hospital Macmillan Cancer Centre with his wife, Queen Camilla, and was captured in a striking photo outside the facility (seen above).
While chatting with a patient, King Charles discussed his reaction to his diagnosis. He said, “It’s always a bit of a shock, isn’t it, when they tell you?”
