Following Kate Middleton's Photoshop controversy, Getty Images added an editor’s note to the duchess’s cancer announcement video. It read, “This handout clip was provided by a third-party organisation and may not adhere to Getty Images’ editorial policy.” However, before royal fans get too mad, Getty noted that this disclaimer is standard practice for a third-party such as Kensington Palace.
