Ouch.

Sylvester Stallone’s divorce is getting more painful in more ways than one.

The “Rocky” legend is covering up yet another tattoo of his estranged wife Jennifer Flavin.

That’s according to the actor’s Oklahoma based ink artist Zach Perez, who transformed Flavin’s face into Stallone’s beloved dog Butkis a few weeks ago amid rumors of marital strife.

Most recently on Perez’s Instagram, you can see a exotic looking horse and tiger on the action hero’s bulging bicep, where Flavin’s face used to be.

“Round 2!!! Here’s the other arm I covered up and reworked the existing horse,” said the post, which has a video set to “Eye of the Tiger.” “It’s an honor to know he can select anyone but he likes my work enough to come back and do another project!”

It was the aforementioned initial tat (don’t bother looking on Perez’s timeline, pics have since been deleted), that got tongues wagging that he and Flavin were on the rocks.

The former model, 54, soon filed for the D-word in Palm Beach County after 25 years of marriage and three daughters.

Their two lawyers are still duking it out in the proverbial ring.

Biggest bone of contention: The Los Angeles native, 54, wants the South Florida mansion, and so does the 76 year old movie star. No big surprise there. The $35.4 million lakefront spread they bought back in December 2020 is quite a stunner.

Flavin also said she wanted to retain her last name, and has asked that Stallone not be permitted to touch (read: spend) their marital assets.

Stallone’s public response? “I love my family. We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues.”

Speaking of personal issues: The native New Yorker is currently in Italy, where pictures showed him out to dinner in Rome with a new lady friend who is putting her arm around him.

But the man is consciously uncoupled so we’re not sure what the big deal is there.

The family still has to keep it together somewhat. Cameras are currently rolling for a Stallone centered upcoming reality show on Paramount Plus.
