Taqueria El Sabor. El Fat Cat Grill. Dos Hermanos.

All three restaurants hail from different parts of the state, and each are moving on to the second round of the All-Washington Taco Bracket.

But they’re not the only three. Readers voted last week on thirteen other Washington restaurants, taco trucks and taquerias. In total, 16 businesses are advancing in the bracket, setting up eight delicious matchups next week.

Taqueria El Sabor has a tough head-to-head against fellow Tacoma restaurant El Antojo in the second round. On the other side of the bracket, Shelton’s Taqueria Las Palmas is up against Kennewick’s El Fat Cat Grill after the duo outvoted Hacienda Del Sol and Don Garcia’s, respectively.

These are just two of the eight matchups you get to vote on to decide which taco joints move on to the quarterfinals. Voting closes at 9 a.m. on Friday.
