SOUTH BEND — Beginning Monday, April 15, Brick Road will close for a road widening project from Cleveland Road to Dylan Drive.

With this section of Brick Road serving as a detour route for the upcoming Ameritech-Cleveland Intersection Improvements Project, a new temporary stop sign will also be installed for westbound traffic at the Brick Road-Dylan Drive intersection.

The detour route for the closure is Carbonmill Drive via Ameritech and Dylan drives.

Brick Road is expected to reopen at the end of day Wednesday, April 24, weather permitting.
