Big comebacks and and last-second finishes kept state championship hopes alive for some schools in Greater Cincinnati as Ohio high school football reaches the regional finals week.

In Indiana, East Central kept its undefeated season alive to again reach the state semifinals while Kentucky moves onto the state quarterfinals.
