Rita Ora Is Strong AF, Slaying In A šŸ”„ Nipple-Bearing Naked Dress In New IG Pics

Rita Ora is booked and busy this summer: Sheā€™s attended a fashion show in Paris and dropped a new album, all in the same month. So obviously, she's brought her style A-game, attending a Maison Alaia show in the coolest naked dress.

The 32-year-old singer dropped a ton of pics from the show, including shots of herself in a lacy floor-length dress that featured long sleeves and a high neck, layered over black underwear briefs and nothing else for a "free the nipple" moment. No jewelry? No problemā€”Rita accessorized the look with her toned booty and sculpted abs.

More recently, Rita shared more photos of herself in Berlin on Instagram and her abs are ridiculously jacked. She's made it clear that she puts in the work to be so strong. In early June, the "I Will Never Let You Down" singer shared a slew of pics of herself in a Pilates studio cycling through a ton of impressive-looking moves to target her butt, core, and legs.

Free weights are in the mix, tooā€”Rita recently shared another post of herself doing various moves with dumbbells. IMO, she's never looked stronger!

But thatā€™s not all. If you couldn't tell before, Rita basically goes into beast mode at the gym. She shared a bunch of videos and photos in February of herself doing chin-ups, and exercise ball work, along with a slew of other challenging-looking moves.

Rita has worked with trainer Jono Castano, who popped up in a recent ā€™gram from Ritaā€™s leg day. In it, she does some impressive squats with a bunch of weights, hands-free forward bands, and time on a stationary bike.

ā€œMy philosophy requires recommending a combination of workouts comprising HIIT, stretching, and recovery,ā€ Castano previously told the Daily Mail. ā€œIt's important to ensure I hit each of the three areas for a rounded fitness and wellness plan. For example, with Rita, we might focus on HIIT cardio training in the first half of the week, then core and upper body in the middle, and lower body at the end.ā€

Rita told Shape that she follows a pretty healthy eating plan, too. ā€œWith the plan I'm on, you can eat quite a bit as long as you exercise,ā€ she said. ā€œIn the morning, I have two boiled eggs, asparagus, and half a cup of muesli with almond milk. For lunch, I have chicken or fish with vegetables, and for dinner, I have six to eight ounces of fish with vegetables and half a potato. Plus snacks.ā€

Rita has talked about trying to avoid bread and sugar. ā€œI used to be like, ā€˜I'm not eating!'ā€ she said. ā€œEating isn't the problem, though. It's about what your body needs, and everyone's body is different.ā€
