Rick Ross is moving to Star Island in a big way. See the rapper’s $37.5M mega-mansion

“Hustlin” every day has paid off for Rick Ross.

The Carol City rapper is under contract to purchase a sprawling, 12,000-square foot plus mansion on exclusive Star Island in Miami Beach. Neighbors will include the Estefans, warring reality star couple the Hochsteins and pal Diddy (who recently welcomed the hip hopper to the neighborhood with a golf cart).

Price tag: $37.5 million.

The rapper won’t be wanting for space. His six bedroom, eight bathroom digs is located on a 40,000-square foot lot, with 100 feet of waterfront.

The home itself also includes an office, entertainment room, chef’s kitchen with top of the line appliances, and terraces throughout. Other perks are outside, such as a heated pool, summer kitchen and 40-foot dock. Sorry, the only thing it doesn’t have is an airport to land his newly purchased Gulfstream private jet.

We were told that Kimberly Knausz with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty worked closely with Ross’s sister, Tawanda Roberts, with Florida Realty of Miami, to secure this mega deal.

In a release, the Boss says the purchase was “a major piece to the puzzle” in building his real estate portfolio.

In March 2021 Ross paid $3.5 million cash for ex Miami /Heat player Amar’e Stoudemire’s Southwest Ranches crib, and often posts from there (remember the “Hold Me Back” singer’s fancy coffee table made from a 757’s motor?).

The Mississippi native also famously owns an insane 109 bedroom, 45,000 square-foot in Fayetteville, Georgia — complete with a 350,000-gallon pool and private zoo — that was featured in “Coming 2 America” and was once owned by boxer Evander Holyfield.

Ross, being a perfectionist, is planning to do even more with his new Star Island place, according to Knausz.

“The architecture ... is far beyond the ordinary modern home,” she said. “He plans to enhance it to reflect his personal style.”
