“RHOM”'s Dr. Nicole Martin Welcomes Baby No. 2 with Fiancé Anthony Lopez 'Earlier Than Expected': 'Doing Good'

Dr. Nicole Martin's family has grown by one more!
The Real Housewives of Miami star, 39, has welcomed her second baby with fiancé Anthony Lopez, confirming the news with a video on her Instagram Story Thursday.
"It has been hectic, to say the least, but Mommy and baby girl are recovering from a C-section that was earlier than expected but here we are," Martin shares.
"We're doing good. And thank you for all the warm wishes," she continues. "But overall, we are doing well. I am feeling okay. A little nauseous but otherwise not too bad and baby girl is trying to figure things out."
The couple's new addition joins big brother Greyson, 4½.

In November, the reality TV star exclusively revealed her pregnancy news to PEOPLE.
"Anthony and I wear many hats, but we always say that being parents is by far our favorite!" said Martin. "We have so much fun with Greyson and are over the moon about expanding our family."
Martin also shared that her younger son was already looking forward to becoming an older sibling.
"Oh, he is very excited about the addition to our family," the pregnant reality star raved. "He has been asking for a sibling for quite some time, and I know he's going to be a wonderful big brother."
Martin, a board-certified anesthesiologist, and Lopez, a lawyer, met in 2015 by chance in the Las Vegas Wynn Resort lobby while on separate vacations. They dated for several years before he popped the question on Dec. 31, 2021, while they were on vacation in Aspen, Colorado, with Greyson.
