'Hotel Portofino' Episode 201 - "Returns"

For those missing period dramas like Downton Abbey, Sanditon or Miss Scarlet and the Duke, Season 2 of Hotel Portofino is set to premiere this Sunday, Oct. 15 at 8 p.m. ET on PBS.

The Season 2 opener takes place in the summer of 1927. Bella (Natascha McElhone) is still working to make Hotel Portofino a success. Plans to expand the hotel include a spa in the basement, but the budget is running way more than she expected. As she deals with the business, an unwelcome and unforeseen individual returns.

Meanwhile, the hotel is facing an anonymous inspection from an influential travel guide. We'll see familiar faces including Assad Zaman as Anish, Louisa Binder as Constance and Oliver Dench as Lucian as well as new ones.

In this Parade.com exclusive sneak peek, Bella (McElhone) tells a surprised Constance (Binder) that Lucian is returning to Hotel Portofino, but without his wife, Rose (Claude Scott-Mitchell).

Season 2 of Hotel Portofino premieres on Sunday, Oct. 15 at 8 p.m. ET on PBS or through the PBS app with a Passport subscription. New episodes premiere on Sundays at 8 p.m. ET.

The second season of Hotel Portofino will have a linear broadcast on PBS and will also be available to stream on Passport and PBS Masterpiece Prime Video Channel on Amazon.
