Inspector Notes: Observed two employee drinks on prep tables and next to food. Observed handwashing sink without soap able to be dispensed. Observed employees without hair restraints. Observed prep sink hot water handle unable to turn due to stripped faucet threads. Observed leaking pipes under 3-compartment sink and handwashing sink near to-go window. Observed two employee cell phones in prep/serving areas.

Inspector Notes: Observed an employee beverage in a tumbler stored next to multiple uncovered pans of cookies in the biscuit making area. Observed the hand sink next to the ice machine in the back of the kitchen to be blocked by a trash can. Observed a container of raw shell eggs being stored above Cole slaw and half and half in the walk-in cooler.Observed the racks in the walk-in cooler to have dust and white spots (mold like). Observed the vent hoods to have a buildup of grease. Observed the gaskets in the reach in cooler by the grill to have food debris build up.

Inspector Notes: Observed facility to not have the certified food safety certification posted within public view. Observed employee bathroom in back of facility to not be stocked with paper towel. Observed clean, ready for use containers to have sticker glue residue on it stacked together. Observed cup handle for cheese distribution on pizza to be stored in direct contact with cheese. Observed multiple dishes in the clean dish storage area next to 3 compartment sink to be wet stacked. Observed the walls inside the walk in cooler next to the door to be damaged with foam and metal visible. Observed walk in cooler plastic curtain to have a black mold-like growth.
