The observance, expected to last approximately one hour, will include a wreath laying ceremony accompanied by speeches, a moment of silence and the playing of taps.

Marshall will host its annual Memorial Day Parade at 10 a.m. Monday.

A memorial service will take place prior to the parade at 9:30 a.m. at the Fountain Circle Veterans Memorial.
