South Carolina will get the keys to the SEC Network on Tuesday as part of the eighth annual SEC Network Takeover.

The “takeover” that started July 2 is a two-week stretch where each day is assigned to one school in the conference. On a school’s specific day, all the programming is dedicated to reliving some of their teams’ greatest sports moments from the past year.

Gamecocks fans can get things started bright and early at midnight with the 40-17 win over Florida in Williams-Brice Stadium.

The afternoon is highlighted by Dawn Staley and the South Carolina women’s basketball team. At 1 p.m., fans can watch the matchup between the Gamecocks and No. 2 Stanford that took place in late December and ended with a big comeback win for South Carolina.

The crown jewels of South Carolina’s takeover of SEC Network are the late-day time slots.

At 7 p.m., fans can watch the Gamecocks women’s basketball team win the 2022 national championship. Then, at 9 p.m., there’s a replay of Shane Beamer and the football team taking down North Carolina in the Duke’s Mayo Bowl.
