Cincinnati's bike-share program restarts Monday, after cobbling together a bailout plan in recent weeks.

Red Bike Executive Director Doug McClintock, Cincinnati City Council member Mark Jeffreys and "other dignitaries" will be hand for a 9:30 a.m. relaunch in front of Cincinnati City Hall, 801 Plum St., according to a release.

The 10-year-old service paused in January to address budget pressures. On the brink of shutting down in March, Jeffreys took a lead role in raising more than $500,000 to operate Red Bike for at least another year.
