One property sold for over $500,000 in Portage County for the week of Oct. 31.

One property here in Aurora led the way selling with a price of $616,000.

According to Realtor.com, the Aurora home on Beaumont Trail was built in 2002 on a .41-acre lot. At 4,980 square feet, the home has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a two-car garage.

The colonial style home is located in the Lakes of Aurora neighborhood. Coming into the entryway there are vaulted ceilings and wood flooring, which the listing says were recently installed.
