The secret to perfectly toned legs: No equipment needed!

I've been eating nothing but New Orleans and Austin food for the past week and I definitely needed to get out and do something active today. We went to Mt. Bonnell to run up and down the stairs and catch the view over the water.

I love a good set of stairs when I'm traveling. It really is the best workout to tone the legs and butt, which is the toughest area for me. The best part about it is there is no formula to follow, but rather it's more about challenging yourself to add one more climb up each time you exercise. I've heard people here like to jog near the lake, but I personally prefer something with more intervals and inclines so you're really challenging your heart rate and muscles.
